At our Assisted Living at New Tampa location is an 80 bed assisted living and memory care community. We have 24 secured memory care apartments, 8 extended care apartments, and 48 apartments for assisted living / independent residents. We also have an ECC license allowing our residents to age in place. Our memory care was designed in conjunction with representatives from USF to provide the best environment possible for residents with dementia. The facility’s ideal location in New Tampa allows easy access from any direction, and a practical stop for a visit on your way home from work.
Our facility’s close proximity to Moffitt Cancer Center, Alzheimer’s Byrd Institute, Florida Hospital, and USF provides our residents with the top care available. We have had several USF students in the community as interns and employees. This gives our facility the benefit of having individuals who are passionate about our residents, and the second benefit of helping guide the values of future geriatric medical professionals.
Through our quality of care, service, and a warm loving environment, we provide a lifestyle meeting the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents with a spirit of excellence

Brooke Britton was born in Northwest Indiana and later moved to Central Florida when her parents purchased an Assisted Living Facility. She grew up in the hallways of Assisted Living Facilities playing bingo with the residents, doing odd jobs, and spending quality time with them. Brooke’s parents have always taught her the value of caring for others, so it became no surprise when she followed in their footsteps and joined the healthcare industry. After high school, Brooke attended Stetson Univerisity for Business Administration and shortly after became an Executive Director. For the past seven years, she has held the position as an Executive Director, as well as a Licensed Core Trainer. Being able to provide the elderly with genuine heartfelt care every day as a career, there is nothing more rewarding.
